Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your package does not arrive, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information.
 

Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the problem.

Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
