Do your candles come dressed?
No, my candles do not come dressed. That is really left up to you, the spiritual practitioner, if you decide to dress them or not. This is because not all spiritual practitioners use candle dressings or may prefer different types of candle dressings. The idea is for these candles to work for different spiritual practitioners across different spiritual practices.
Typically, I do not recommend candle dressings for my candles.
It is important to note that dried herbs can be considered a fire hazard as they tend be highly flammable. It is important to practice fire safety with any candle you use. All of my candles come with fire safety cards and safe use is the responsibility of the user.
The official opinion of The Grim Bear Shop is that dressing candles is not necessary, and you should use caution if and when you decide to dress a candle.
Do you take Deity candle request?
- The Grim Bear Shop will often receive requests for candles. While I am open to requests, please be advise that creating new items takes time, and no request is guaranteed.
- Typically, if your request is accepted, payment will be required beforehand. Processing time is typically 2-4 weeks to create a new design.
Do you take wax color change request for Deity candles?
- Yes. Please message me before you place your order to determine availability. Depending on the color wax you want and the supplies I have available I will grant your request. If I do not have the wax color you want, I can provide you with other available options.
Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within [insert your timeframe, e.g. 3–5 business days] unless otherwise noted.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; details will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Methods
- All orders ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent).
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Responsibility
- Once an order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
- If your package does not arrive, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the problem.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
